| 우리는 이런 일을 해요

  • Decide what to bid on in each market: which game formats, features and promotions have real search demand behind them, and which search terms carry it
  • Build the keyword universe from product knowledge and search data: what players actually type for each format, competitor terms, negatives
  • Write and test the ad copy: adapt the product message per market, run variants, keep what brings deposits
  • Coordinate with other teams: brief the web team on what the landing page for a search term needs, get tracking from MarTech, stay informed by the product teams on promotions, tournaments and feature releases, and keep the regional market teams in the loop
  • Watch the competition market by market — positions, costs, competitor launches — and adjust
  • Run one certified account per market on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads and Google Play, structured by search intent; bid on deposit value and pace budget by market
  • Keep every account in good policy health: gambling certification, per-market wording rules, policy issues and appeals
  • Manage the working relationship with Google, Apple and Microsoft account teams; set up App Store campaigns when we enter a new country
  • Produce the weekly results readout and feed what search demand is telling us back to the product team
  • Automate the daily work where it pays: search-term mining, negative keywords, bid rules, anomaly alerts, reporting

  • 7+ years of hands-on paid search, including 3+ years personally owning the accounts, the budget and the target (agency management experience alone is not enough)
  • Fluent business English: daily work with overseas regional teams, platform account managers and leadership is in English
  • A strong understanding of how search demand connects to product features, game formats and promotions, and a real interest in the product you advertise
  • Experience running search in 5+ countries and 2+ languages at the same time
  • Apple Search Ads and Google App campaigns, with a working understanding of app attribution (SKAN, MMPs such as AppsFlyer or Branch)
  • Offline conversion uploads and value-based bidding; able to explain why the platform's conversion count and the advertiser's backend differ

  • Experience advertising in a restricted category (online gambling, sports betting, real-money gaming, crypto, finance, pharma, alcohol)
  • Knowledge of the business and culture of poker and online gaming
  • Has worked directly with a Google or Apple gambling-vertical account team, or been through a certification application or appeal
  • Has launched App Store or Google Play campaigns for a gambling app in a new country
  • Paid search for a brand with a live events calendar (sports, tournaments, launches)

| 근무 형태 및 시간

  • 근무 형태 : 정규직 (시용 3개월 종료 후, 정규직 전환 가능 대상 / 정규직 급여와 동일)
  • 근무 시간 : 선택적 근무제 (출근시간 : 오전 9시 ~ 11시)
